For four years at The University of Southern California (USC) I studied Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. I have an analytical mentality and am extremely competent in Excel modeling. I have taken numerous classes through The UCI Extension Program (Light Construction and Development Management) where I have gained valuable real estate experience.

In addition to my education, I have been working at Trimont Real Estate Advisors for three years as a financial analyst working primarily in financial modeling, real estate development, and asset management. As a new analyst at Trimont I learned to use the company’s asset management model. My entrepreneurial tendencies led me to improve the model and add new analytical tabs. Not long after I joined Trimont I was promoted to a Senior Associate where I helped create underwriting templates and analyze distressed loan pools, the entire time creating new analytical tools for asset management and underwriting. During this time I have accumulated a number of tools to analyze real estate decisions and value loans and properties.

I have learned that working on “projects” for colleagues and coworkers is very rewarding to me, so I am offering my services for hire. My real estate experience is broad including all property types, but I am particularly comfortable in modeling new home real estate development (Land, Finished Lots, Homebuilding).
